Return & Refund Policy – Al Madinah Cosmetics

At Al Madinah Cosmetics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tested may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Cosmetics & Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, makeup, fragrances, and personal-care products cannot normally be returned, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved by Al Madinah Cosmetics.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• Photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
